FootieFox 2.0

With the latest release of FootieFox we introduce several major improvements. First of all - and most important for many of you - we support a lot more leagues now, more precisely, over 190 leagues and cups from 60 countries!

One click to more information

We also offer much more information now: FootieFox 2.0 comes with the handy feature to integrate sports portal websites: Just click team icons in the status bar or goal sliders to open detailed match reports on our partners’ websites. Right-click the icons for team information and more.

For Germany we are happy to team up with kicker online, our favorite German sports magazine. For other countries more cooperations are to come. You can propose your favorite local sports Web site, too.

Further improvements

Our database was cleaned up, many team icons were added or updated. The team search was completely refactored and comes in a nifty Ajax-style now. We solved some issues that occured with a few Firefox themes, and provide options to customize the color of the scores for improved readability. Moreover, we refined the rotation function.

FootieFox 1.3.1 ships with Copa America and Asian Cup - sorry about the delay!

Remark: If you have trouble finding Asia and America in the list of leagues, your cache data might be out of date. You can fix this by removing the file leagues.dat from your cache folder (the path you can find by right-clicking the logo in the about window) and restart Firefox.
